This product is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated on the surface of the thin layer of release substance MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

• The coating is uniform and the film surface is flat with minimal tolerance, making the subsequent process easy to process
• High residual adhesion rate (≥85%), no performance impact on the bonding material, non-polluting
• Ultra-Smooth Surface: Low roughness (Ra <0.1μm) and high flatness prevent defects like air bubbles or uneven ceramic layers during MLCC lamination
• Anti-Static Properties: Reduces electrostatic damage to sensitive electronic components during processing

Electrode Printing & Protection

• Electrode Application: Provides a stable surface for inner electrode printing, preventing static interference that could disrupt circuit patterns
• Anti-Contamination: Silicone-free or low-migration silicone coatings avoid contamination of ceramic materials, ensuring electrical performance

High-Temperature Process Compatibility

• Thermal Stability: Withstands 150-200°C during sintering and annealing processes, maintaining structural integrity
• Cleanroom Compatibility: Produced in Class 1,000 or higher cleanrooms to minimize particle contamination during MLCC fabrication

• Products are generally used by cardboard tray, nude tray packaging
