This product is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated on the surface of the thin layer of release substance MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

• The coating is uniform and the film surface is flat with minimal tolerance, making the subsequent process easy to process
• High residual adhesion rate (≥85%), no performance impact on the bonding material, non-polluting
• Good mechanical properties, weather resistance, effectively ensuring the use in harsh environmental conditions
• The film surface has good leveling and stability, ensuring the flatness and stacking uniformity of the ceramic layer

Post-Processing & Recycling

• Punching Protection: Used as a buffer between MLCC stacks and molds during punching to prevent mechanical damage
• Reusability: Companies like TDK and Murata have implemented recycling programs for PET release films to reduce costs and environmental impact

High-Temperature Process Compatibility

• Thermal Stability: Withstands 150-200°C during sintering and annealing processes, maintaining structural integrity
• Cleanroom Compatibility: Produced in Class 1,000 or higher cleanrooms to minimize particle contamination during MLCC fabrication

• Products are generally used by cardboard tray, nude tray packaging
• All cartons of products have certificate, packing list, each tray should have a list of products
