This high flatness, high temperature resistant PET film is coated with a release substance for MLCC formulations. Primarily used in MLCC tape coating applications.
Ceramic Layer Transfer in MLCC Production: Acts as a carrier substrate during ceramic slurry casting process, holding slurry in place while solvents evaporate to form uniform ceramic green sheets. Requires high smoothness (≤0.2μm defects) for defect-free ceramic layers.
Multilayer Stacking & Lamination: Enables stacking of 300-1,000 ceramic layers by maintaining alignment and preventing adhesion between layers during lamination. Features controlled release force for easy separation without residue.
