This product is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated on the surface of the thin layer of release substance MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

• The coating is uniform and the film surface is flat with minimal tolerance, making the subsequent process easy to process
• High residual adhesion rate (≥85%), no performance impact on the bonding material, non-polluting
• Reusable Design: Recyclable PET base film reduces costs and aligns with sustainable manufacturing
• Strong Ceramic Slurry Adhesion: Compatible with various ceramic slurries, ensuring uniform coating and avoiding delamination

Multilayer Stacking & Lamination

• Layer Alignment: Enables stacking of 300 -1,000 ceramic layers by maintaining alignment and preventing adhesion between layers during lamination
• Controlled Release Force: Ensures easy separation without residue, preserving the integrity of ultrathin ceramic layers

Ceramic Layer Transfer in MLCC Production

• Primary Role: Acts as a carrier substrate during the ceramic slurry casting process. The film holds the ceramic slurry in place while solvents evaporate, forming uniform ceramic green sheets
• Key Requirement: High smoothness (≤0.2μm defects) to ensure defect-free ceramic layers, critical for high-capacity MLCCs

• Products are generally used by cardboard tray, nude tray packaging
• All cartons of products have certificate, packing list, each tray should have a list of products
• Our products can also be packaged according to the requirements of the user agreement
